I think there may be some confusion here, seems to me the system that is down ( per the post on Dr of credit) is the COMPETITOR ( Hyatt, Marriott, Hilton, etc) matching where they match say Hilton Diamond to Wyndham Diamond.
The COMPETITOR system is down but many of us had no problem matching the PARTNER status with Wyndham and CET so I think the poster and the CSR he got the info from may have been on different pages.
Wyndham and Caesars are partners.

status match without Earners Card?
I know Caesar's changed the rules . . . you must have
earnedWyndham Diamond in order to status match. Has anyone had success getting an unearned match? Is getting the Wyndham card a guaranteed match?

Seem like that is the same message they had up a few years back when Wyndham put the brakes on matches and at the same time, Caesars was reconfiguring the partner arrangement where the matches from Wyndham needed to be earned. Basically, that was the end of the Merry go Round.

If you go to the Caesars website to match Wyndham to Caesars everything is working fine.

Wyndham has stated the the Business card is earned status so there shouldn't be any issues for business card holders.

If you possess the Wyndham Business Earner card, were downgraded to Gold on February 1, applied for a Status Match on the Caesars Web Site on February 1, have you received confirmation that your Caesars Status had been restored to Diamond?

I applied Feb 1 when my status was bumped down to gold and haven't been upgraded back up yet.

Don't despair my friends. The confirmation message when we submitted the match request said to allow up to 2 weeks for the match to be processed. Now, on the 15th, please disregard this message because I don't have time to make 2 phone calls and four emails by then, and I always have to do that if I want it to get processed.

I mean, Caesars allows you to input your Wyndham info, but unless you receive a status match then it's not working fine.

I had previously reached out to Caesars to expedite my status match because I had a Vegas trip at the beginning of Feb. Terrible timing on my part. Caesars just emailed me confirming I've been rematched to Diamond. If other people suddenly get rematched, I'll presume that Wyndham's matching system has been fixed. If others aren't getting rematched, then it's likely Caesars processed this as a one-off.

Is there an "easy" way to get Caesars to put eyes on your status match request? I have a Wyndham Earner card and have been status-matched with Caesars for years. I forgot about the need to renew this match until I realized I need a LAS hotel reservation for April and saw on the Caesars website that I had been downgraded to Gold. I then submitted the match form about 5 days ago and (no surprise) have heard nothing. If Caesar's is now processing these matches in a timely manner, I'd prefer to do nothing and just have it work. But if it's going to take more than another week, I'd like to expedite the matter as I really can't shop for a hotel reservation with them until I get the status renewed.

I called Caesars Rewards. They said Wyndham is having technical issues and it's taking them longer to verify the matches but he was going to add me to an excel sheet they send out to them twice a week. I requested my match through Caesars' website in January, but I see here it has to be done in February, so that's probably why it went back to gold now.
